The International Cooperation Office and the Personal Affairs Office would like to invite you to participate in a free integration and cultural workshops, which will be held on 01-03.03.2023 at the Warsaw Hotel in Augustow. The costs of travel, accommodation and meals will be covered by the project Local University, global opportunity - University of Białystok on the road to internationalization.
The workshops are dedicated to Polish and foreign students, studying at our University (UwB) within the full degree programmes or within the exchange programmes (e.g. Erasmus+), as well as Polish and foreign UwB employees having direct contact with foreign students/employees at UwB.
The workshop will be a great opportunity to understand how cultural diversity affects people in terms of behaviour, beliefs and values, to overcome barriers, prejudices or stereotypes. Through learning about the determinants of certain actions, participants will be more open-minded and aware, which will certainly influence their professional and personal development.
