Mission and development strategy of the University of Białystok for 2022-2030
I would like to present to you the Strategy of the University of Białystok for 2022-2030 which is a compendium of the scope and directions of development of our University in the coming years.
The mission, vision, goals and set of activities presented in it indicate the direction of implementation of a number of projects on which we should focus as University authorities, employees, doctoral students and students. The implementation of these plans is to strengthen the position of the University of Białystok as a leading scientific center in the region and the country, offering high-quality education, scientific research and partnership cooperation with the environment. The strategic areas presented in the document concern activities that determine the competitiveness of the University of Białystok and allow for the effective use of the knowledge, resources and skills of its staff.
The draft Strategy is the result of the work of a team of employees, moreover, its content was consulted with the entire University community. Therefore, in the diagnostic, strategic and operational part, it reflects the current state of consciousness relating to the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, as well as the expectations and ambitions of the academic community of the University of Białystok.
Thus, I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the creation of this project. I am deeply convinced that the implementation of the assumptions of such a Strategy will contribute to even more successes of our University.
