About us
The Foreign Language Centre is an interfaculty unit that provides full-time and part-time students of all the faculties of the University of Bialystok with the following foreign language courses:

● French
● Russian
● Latin
The Foreign Language Centre is an active member of SERMO – the Association of Academic Foreign Languages Centres, whose priority is to enhance the quality of foreign language teaching and implement good practices. We are also a certified telc centre authorized to conduct telc English B2 examinations.
Foreign language courses
Foreign language courses are taught at all levels (A1-C2), and each course syllabus is adapted to the requirements of every field of study.
We teach general language courses as well as languages for specific purposes, such as:
Our team
Our team consists of experienced and highly qualified foreign language teachers, who continuously improve their professional skills at courses, training sessions, workshops as well as conferences held in Poland and abroad. Our teachers use various forms of teaching that correspond to modern educational standards and recommendations of reputable language teaching institutions and organizations, in accordance with the needs of the university, students, and the job market. The Centre promotes multilingualism, inclusiveness and intercultural communication enabling graduates to pursue future employment, professional mobility, and lifelong learning.

The Foreign Language Centre Erasmus + Coordinator is responsible for establishing and maintaining cooperation with foreign partners as well as implementation of Erasmus+ Programme in our unit.
