International Cooperation Office of the University of Bialystok (PL BIALYST04) kindly invites colleagues from partner and non-partner universities to International Staff Week, which will take place from 3rd to 7th of June, 2024 in Bialystok (Poland).
The main objective of this event is to widen and strengthen cooperation, exchange know-how, good experiences and practices with international Higher Education Institutions from the EU member countries associated with the Erasmus+ Programme and from third countries, non-associated with the Programme.
The content of the International Staff Week (ISW) is dedicated for staff members who work with foreign students and employees on a daily basis (e.g. international offices, international mobility offices, quality assurance, international student and staff services, as well as those who are interested in the topic of internationalization

Important information
– All qualified candidates will be informed by e-mail.
– Participation in ISW is free of charge. Participants cover travel and accommodation costs, which can be financed by the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training grant financed by the sending institution.
– International Cooperation Office will provide practical guidelines to all qualified participants (including advises on accommodation, public transportation, etc.)
- Every participant will be asked for a short power-point presentation about their University
