International Cooperation Office of the University of Białystok (PL BIALYST04) kindly invites colleagues from partner and non-partner universities to the 2nd International Staff Week, which will take place from 26th to 30th of May, 2025 in Białystok ( Poland) and Vilnius ( Lithuania).
The main objective of this event is to widen and strengthen cooperation, exchange know-how, good experiences and practices with international Higher Education Institutions from the EU member countries associated with the Erasmus+ Programme and from third countries, non-associated with the Programme.
The content of the International Staff Week (ISW) is dedicated for staff members who work with foreign students and employees on a daily basis (e.g. international offices, international mobility offices, quality assurance, international student and staff services, as well as those who are interested in the topic of internationalization).

Important information
– All accepted candidates will be informed by e-mail.
– Participation in ISW is free of charge. Participants cover travel to/from Białystok and accommodation costs, which can be awarded by the applicant's home university (e.g. as the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training - STT).
– International Cooperation Office will provide practical guidelines to all participants (including advice on accommodation, public transportation, etc.).
- Every participant will be asked for a short power-point presentation about their University.
