Polonia Summer Camp (PSC) is a five-day academic and cultural programme organized by the University of Bialystok (Uniwersytet w Bialymstoku) for young people of Polish origin living abroad. The primary audience are high schoolers, aspiring students, and all those who are interested in studying at the University of Bialystok (or simply in experiencing what studying at a Polish university is like), as well as those who want to dive into Polish culture through regional trips, visits to significant cultural sites, and events that offer a genuine perspective on Polish education and heritage. It is a unique opportunity to explore university life, discover academic disciplines across 15 departments, connect with Polish culture and heritage, and meet other young people who share your roots and aspirations.
PSC 2026 is more than a summer event. It is a bridge between the young Polonia and the academic world of Poland, giving participants a real taste of what studying at the University of Bialystok feels like: welcoming, bilingual, and dynamic.
Polonia Summer Camp is designed for young people of Polish descent living outside Poland: students who are curious about their heritage, interested in the natural sciences, social sciences, and the humanities, and who want to experience academic Poland firsthand.

The University of Bialystok (Uniwersytet w Bialymstoku, UwB) is the largest university in the Podlaskie region of northeastern Poland. With roots going back to 1968 as a branch of the University of Warsaw, it became an independent university in 1997 and has since grown into a comprehensive academic institution.
The University of Bialystok maintains strong ties with the Polish community across the diaspora, making it a natural home for Polonia Summer Camp. It is a place where Poland's academic tradition and its connection to Poles living abroad come together.
