Integration and information meetings, photo competition, Erasmus+ playlist and even an international breakfast - including: such attractions await students, doctoral students and UwB employees during Erasmus+ Week which will take place from February 24 to 28, 2025 at the University of Białystok. The International Cooperation Office invites you to celebrate together. 

- Erasmus+ Week aims not only to provide knowledge about the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ Program but also to integrate Polish and foreign students who study at our university, learn about each other's cultures and encourage participation in international exchange - says Anna Maj, Head of the International Cooperation Office at the University of Białystok. 

The event will start on Monday, February 24 and will last until Friday, February 28. You can now vote for the most beautiful photo from the Erasmus+ trip in the photography competition organized by DWM. Votes can be cast until February 26 at: https://forms.office.com 

As part of Erasmus+ Week, the International Cooperation Office also wants to create an Erasmus+ playlist. Until February 28, anyone interested can send their favorite songs which will then be included in one playlist, created jointly by Polish and foreign students and employees. Proposals can be sent via the website: https://forms.office.com

Detailed program:

Monday (February 24)

• Meeting with students coming as part of the Erasmus+ program,
• Building of the Faculty of Educational Sciences (NOE), Aula C.02 1:00 p.m.

Tuesday (February 25)

• Meeting with Polish students interested in mobility under the Erasmus+ program for studies, internships, BIP,
• Building of the Faculty of Educational Sciences (NOE), room C.2.3, 11:00 a.m.

Wednesday (February 26)

• Mixers (meetings, integration activities for Polish and foreign students/doctoral students) at the faculties:
• Mixer 1) place – University Center for Culture and Science on the UwB campus, Feniks room, 10.00-12.00 a.m.; 8 Faculties will participate in this mixer: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, International Relations, Educational Sciences, Cultural Studies.
• Mixer 2) place - UwB Building at Independent Student Union Square 1 (Plac NZS), room 108, 11.30 a.m.; 4 Faculties will participate in this mixer: Philology, History, Sociology, Philosophy and Cognitive Science.
• Mixer 3) location: Faculty of Law, room 120, 9.30 a.m.; 3 faculties will participate in this mixer: Law, Economics and Finance and Management.

Thursday (February 27)

• International breakfast (French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish and Polish cuisine - due to Fat Thursday, there will be plenty of donuts and faworki! Place: Student Dormitory common room, Żeromskiego 1 Street, from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. 

Friday (February 28)

• Results of the photo competition and award ceremony, UwB Rectorate building, Świerkowa 20 Street, room 314, 9:00 a.m.

Prizes will be awarded to the authors of the best photos by dr hab. Agnieszka Piekutowska, Vice-Rector of the university for Science and International Cooperation.
