From July 16th to 18th, 2024, representatives of the International Cooperation Office of the University of Bialystok visited the Ming Chi University of Technology in Taipei. The purpose of the visit was to plan joint activities, based on the cooperation agreement between both Universities, signed in August 2023.
Both teams, representing the International Cooperation Offices of the respective Universities, worked out the details of planned academic exchange programs, short-term cultural programs, research internships, international conferences, as well as the possibility of launching a dual degree education program.
The representatives of the International Cooperation Office of the University of Bialystok also met with the staff and students of the Department of Business and Management, Center for Artificial Intelligence & Data Science and Biochemical Technology R&D Center.
The first results of the cooperation between the two universities will soon be visible. At the beginning of August 2024, three students from the Faculty of Economics and Finance and the Faculty of Management of the University of Bialystok will visit Taiwan. They were qualified to participate in the Ming Chi University of Technology 2024 MCUT Language and Culture Summer Experience.
