Prof. Joseph F. Donnermeyer is a visiting professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok

From September 19 to October 18, 2024, prof. Joseph F. Donnermeyer stayed at the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Faculty of Law of the University of Białystok as a visiting professor. During his stay in Białystok, he gave several lectures at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bialystok, devoted to among others: crime in the countryside, crime among the Amish.

DAAD research scholarship for a literary scholar from the University of Białystok

Prof. Monika Bednarczuk from the Faculty of Philology of the University of Białystok received a DAAD research scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service for a two-month stay in Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany). During the internship she will deal with among others: literary transfers related to parapsychology and esotericism. The internship will start next spring.

It is composed of representatives of business, economic organizations and the world of science who will support the voivodeship management in taking actions for Podlaskie entrepreneurship and the economic development of the region.

Over 50 universities participated in the event.
