The Eastern Technology Transfer Center is a university-wide unit established on the basis of resolution No. 1996 of the Senate of the University of Białystok of January 25, 2017 which aims to increase the effectiveness of cooperation between science and business communities. The primary goal of the Eastern Technology Transfer Center activity is the broadly understood transfer of the results of scientific work by researchers from the University of Białystok to the business environment. Technology transfer is the process of transferring the results of scientific research, scientific thought, processes, patents or original ideas to the economy for practical application.
